Construction is progressing smoothly as the building enters its final stages. Interior finishing is well underway, with carpet installation, final painting, and appliance installation taking place across multiple levels. Landscaping is on track for completion in early April, bringing the community vision together. Homes are anticipated to be ready this spring!

Construction at Chronicle is advancing rapidly toward an expected Spring 2026 completion. Interior work continues to progress floor by floor, with flooring, fixtures, lighting, countertops, and final finishes underway throughout the building. On lower levels, key interior milestones are being completed as spaces near their final stages. Landscaping has also officially begun, adding the finishing touches and bringing the overall vision of the community to life.

We’re excited to share the latest construction progress at Chronicle in Cloverdale – The main structure is now complete, with protective house wrap and windows installed. Our team has moved onto the next phase, focusing on exterior finishing as well as the installation of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems inside.
