Construction at Chronicle is progressing smoothly. The concrete work is in its final stages, with just 2-3 weeks remaining. The heritage home will soon be returned to the site within the same timeframe.

Meanwhile, foundation backfilling is ongoing, and wood framing is set to begin shortly. With steady progress, we’re in a race to get the roof on–stay tuned as Chronicle continues to take shape!

The first concrete slab has been poured, and work on the second slab is moving along smoothly. This includes building the framework, adding reinforcement, and preparing for the next concrete pour.

With the foundation now complete, construction on the elevated slab has begun.
