We’re excited to share the latest construction progress at Chronicle in Cloverdale – The main structure is now complete, with protective house wrap and windows installed. Our team has moved onto the next phase, focusing on exterior finishing as well as the installation of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems inside.

Construction is moving fast at Chronicle in Cloverdale! Roof trusses are going up, off-site service connections are done, and we’re on track to seal the building this month.

The energy on site is electric as crews continue their momentum, and we can’t wait for you to see it all come together.

Exciting progress at Chronicle!

Following our recent concrete pour, construction continues to progress steadily. Wood framing has now reached the third floor – and with the next level already underway, our team is advancing at a pace of one floor every two weeks.

At the rear of the property, the restored heritage house has been relocated back onsite and will serve as the future amenity building for residents. Looking ahead, roof trusses are expected to be delivered by the end of June, marking another exciting milestone as Chronicle takes shape.
